Dear iDEALS, I had a lovely dinner at fellow designer Angelos Bratis last night. He gave me the autobiography of Christian Dior by V&A as a Christmas gift. He made me happy. I shared my taxi home with Sophia Tsakiri, fashion editor of Cosmopolitan magazine.
LUTZ interviews Madame Diane Pernet for the first edition of IQONS magazine
Dear iDEALS, my whole afternoon was spent in my office, with house model Maria-Chrisavgi wearing the first prototypes of my f/w collection for 08-09In the evening time, I had a phone conversation with darling friend Diane Pernet. She was at home working hard on her computer. Later on when I opened my email account I found an email that came from her, with an attachment that was a document of herself interviewed by Lutz. The interview is about , as she calls it "Ancient History", her days as a designer in New York back in the 1980's. No wonder why her opinion on clothes is so strong and accurate. No wonder why she is always discovering the greatest young talents of fashion. The interview is part of the IQONS magazine, coming out soon. Dear iDEALS, while at a fashion seminar here in Athens two weeks ago, I had the chance to see the catalogue of the exhibition curated by Christian Lacroix at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. The designer was asked to be the curator of this great exhibition where one can see his personal vision and taste's glory.
