Dear iDEALS, coming up next Un nouVeau iDEAL will reveal to you some catwalk images from the Thierry Mugler Retrospective catwalk, during the Barcelona fashion week a few days ago. Unfortunately, from what I saw, none of the real model divas wore the masterpieces of Thiery in this show. I mean there was not Simonetta, Nadja Auermann, Emma, Yasmeen Ghauri, Eve Salvail, Marbessa, Valerie Jean Gardino, Janine Giddings, Jerry Hall, Eva H,.....I assume that some of these names are not familiar to you, but they are to me, because all of these girls made me the person I am today. Finally I can see how Michel Gaubert looks like in real. All I knew so far was that he is the fashion's music master. Dear iDEALS, as I told you in the first MINAS-ANDREA post, I asked the young designer to provide me (meaning you too) with some more images of his work. This is the letter and the images I received. I wouldn't post it normally but I think it's so cute (maybe cute is not the word)...Anyhow, I love it: "Hi Filep. hope you're well. thanks again. :) My collection won't be completely ready until maybe November. I have, however, one coat which is almost finished. When i'll have it ready i'll send you photos of it. It's turning out well, it's cashmere. All the suits I wear in the photos below, I made , but i guess they are a bit more conservative than what my collection will be and they are summer-ish. Promise i'll have photos by the middle of autumn. The thing is, I want to have my favourite pieces shot professionally so it wont look like amateur(ish) work done by a 19 year old. Hope you understand?" Yes baby. I do understant, but you are so promising that anything you do will keep me falling in love with the talent around it.

Dear iDEALS, my friend/designer Angelos Bratis was asked to present a sample of his SS2008 collection at ASTRA. He asked me to go along with him and of course I accepted. I needed a break and Myconos sounded as the perfect destination. The highlights of this short getaway were KAROLINA KURKOVA, my tanned body, the sexy nudists, a trip around the island in a boat and my amazing new pair of short pants...Darling Nikos Ifandes and Polikarpos.
