A NIGHT OUT AND MINDORAS PERSONAL WAY OF EXPRESSION
Dear iDEALS, ok , last night I finally found the guts and said to myself: "Filep you need to go out, enough of staying in this appartment". I wore my new Raf Simmons Jeans, an old fluo fuschia top and my MITSUKO perfume...I met my friends in Syntagma and headed towards Psirri for the five photographers' event, Katerina Kana included. Two beers later, I found myself at K44 where artist/dancer MINDORA would perform a piece. She was kind enough to allow me take photos before she did her thing.
"Who is Mindora? Where is she from?Late night dusky Athenian grey sky, flickering street lights leading the way.A woman brushes past with red sultry lips and pale as can be; flexible moving, disappearing and appearing, a minx out on town.Disco dancing electro beats; loud and intense laughter. Long nails wrapped around a plastic bottle of red wine fished out of a small lady's bag.Everywhere and nowhere: You don't miss Mindora.Mindora is a dancer, performer and visual artist. With a background from the Parisian and London performing arts scene she is now based in Athens where she lives after sunset.One night in May we might find out who she is; through her video works, dance performance and eclectic presence."
