Yes, this is my first day on the island of Venus

Dear iDEALS, I woke up pretty late today, since the jetlag and late departure last night kept me hyperactive. My brother Thoi is working on a very big project from home so it was the great chance for us brothers to have a conversation on various personal matters. I guess this is not important for you to know...Anyway at 18:00 I went for a drive and ended up at "FLEXY"(0035799 488516), the fabulous boutique owened by my close friend Maria StrongThere you can find the collections from some of the greatest Cyprus born Designers: Erotokritos (the Parisians know him pretty well-RUE VIELLE DU TEMPLE, opposite the Picasso Museum 75004), Christina P.(worked for Mischiko Koschino and Chanel), Joanna Louka accessories, bags, scarfs...,Elena Pavlou (the designer I bought my first "design" piece when I was 15 years old..When I went out for a fag, friend/hairstylist Angelinos popped in dressed to kill.Dior Homme Trench, Comme Des Garcons wallet and shoes, Anne Demeuleemester pants, House of Warris ring, Prada sunglasses..."Strong" gave me the phonenumber of ultra artist MARIA LOIZIDOU and I called to ask whether she would be interested for an "asap" presentation to "Un nOuveau iDEAL". Loizidou said YES! Another Maria Kamberi( Maria number three/my friend from highschool/flemenco dancer-tutor) called me wanting to meet me desperately. Her two year old son is a ginger haired angel. She was invited to a school play. One of her students had a leading role so Maria had to be there and give her support. She wore this plitted Valentino skirt , a BLAAK cape, red tights and shoes by Narciso Rodriguez and a mouse gray envelope vintage bag (I chose everything for her). The play was directed in all the ways by artist Andonopoulos (who's first name I cannot recall).I remembered his face immidiately when I saw him standing at the door, welcoming the parents and guests. Last time I saw him was 12 years ago.I am leaving you with the statue of Archebishop Makarios, the president of Cyprus in 1970's. He died in 1977, the year I was born. The building you see herewas his residence. On day hours, one can visit it as a museum. One of the greatest locations I have seen and a place that would make photographers like Steven Meisel burst into tears. Especially if you see Makarios' bedroom and studyroom.
